So much to look forward to 📚✨

There’s so much more to coming back to school than getting back into the classroom!

September brings the chance to discover new subjects, develop new skills, take on new challenges and find things you didn’t know you enjoyed. Our curriculum offer gives students opportunities to learn, explore and be curious, both inside and outside the classroom.

And then there’s everything that happens beyond lessons…

Tomorrow is a big day for our Year 11 students as you receive your GCSE results.

Whatever tomorrow brings, remember how much you have achieved. You have worked hard, faced challenges, supported one another and reached the end of an important chapter in your Wellfield journey.
Our mantra has always been 'Nothing But The Best' - and that means more than grades. It means giving your best, believing in yourself, showing resilience and being proud of the person you have become.
We hope you achieve the results you are hoping for, but remember that your results do not define you or determine your future. There are many different paths to success, and we will be here to support you as you take your next steps.
So, Year 11, walk through those doors tomorrow with pride.

The countdown to September is on!

We hope our students and families are well and have had a fantastic summer. Although we know everyone has been enjoying a well-earned break, we have to admit… we’ve missed you!

There has been lots happening behind the scenes at Wellfield over the summer. Our new build continues to take shape, we’ve been improving our existing site and environment, and we’ve been working hard on some great plans for the year ahead.

There’s lots to look forward to, and we’re so excited to have our students and staff back together again.

🎓 Year 11 - Class of 2026: GCSE Results Day is less than one week away!

The countdown is on and we cannot wait to welcome you back to school and celebrate your achievements with you.

📅 Thursday 20th August
🕘 Results available to collect from 9am
📍 Dining Hall

A quick reminder that, due to ongoing work on the school car park as part of the school rebuild, parents/carers are asked to park elsewhere. Students should enter the school site via the normal school entrance before making their way to the Dining Hall.

Our staff will be there, ready and waiting to celebrate with you, support you and guide you through the morning. 💚💜

As you're picking up school essentials over the next few weeks, please make sure students are equipped with the correct Wellfield uniform and all the equipment they need to be ready to learn from day one.

High standards matter, and at Wellfield our mantra is "Nothing But the Best." Together, we can ensure every student starts September prepared, confident and ready to succeed.
