Hello, I’m Rachel 👋
I am an experienced English tutor with 18+ years of teaching under my belt. Throughout my career, I have worked with both young people, children and adults. Currently, I specialize in tutoring children of all ages providing personalized one-on-one sessions to help build their confidence in the subject.
My dedication to helping students build confidence in their English skills is a cornerstone of my teaching approach. I strive to help them overcome any barriers that may be hindering their academic progress. My passion for English is something I enthusiastically share with my students, fostering a love for the subject in each of them.
I offer tailored one-to-one tutoring sessions, either in person or online, covering a wide range of English-related needs:
• English Language GCSE preparation
• English SATs support
• English instruction for Key Stages 1 to 4
• Study and revision tips, methods, and homework assistance
I hold a full enhanced DBS check for your peace of mind. Additionally, I offer a free ‘induction’ session for all new students. This initial meeting allows us to get acquainted and discuss the specific support you need.
