📢 Casual After-School Governance Minute Taker Needed

Are you organised, reliable, and great at capturing the key points from meetings? We’re looking for a casual Governance Minute Taker to support our team with accurate and timely meeting notes during after-school hours.

About the role:
✅ Attend governance meetings (typically after school hours)
✅ Take clear, accurate minutes and record key decisions and actions
✅ Produce professional meeting notes within agreed timeframes
✅ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Role details:
📍 Location: Various, Across Trust Sites
🕒 Hours: Casual – after-school/evening meetings between 4pm-8pm, with ability to complete and format minutes at a time that suits you following the meeting, within an agreed time frame.
💼 Type: Casual position
💰 Pay: £14.63 per hour
