Mohair Centre - are offering a chance to join a summer holiday club for 4year olds /Preschool age children this summer. Prices are within the photos, and also what activities are taking place over the summer. You will need to complete and 'All About Me' form to register your child. and send that to the email address [email protected] or telephone 01825 872457 for booking or more information.
This is an adhoc service that we are offering this summer at the Mohair Centre. So if you just want to book for 1 day per week that is fine!! please call us for more information - we would love to help!!

Exciting- Lambing has now begun at The Mohair Centre- just in time for Half Term which is now in full swing.

50 Things Before You're Five

We're thrilled to welcome 'Mo' the Monkey to our Mohair Centre family! Mo is here to encourage our children to explore the 50 things to do before they turn five. He will be going home with the children for up to a week, where you can complete some fun activities from Mo's activity book (you'll find a link to the 50 activities attached, or why not download the app)
If you'd love for Mo to visit your home, just let one of our staff members know.
We also have a stamp sheet and each child will receive a certificate if they complete 10,20,30,40,50 things. Mo is currently visiting the Toddler room, but he will be joining all rooms.

Mo comes with a blue bag that includes a ball, bubbles, and his activity book. We’d love it if you could send us some photos of Mo’s adventures when he’s with you - it's not a must, but it would be fantastic. Enjoy your time with Mo!

Thank you all so much for your Foodbank Donations last week!
Thank you to all the families (across all the rooms) who contributed to our first ever Foodbank collection from the Mohair Centre. It was a success and we were overwhelmed by your kindness and generosity.

On Wednesday one of our Toddlers helped to deliver a carboot full of donations of food and other goods. Philip at the Foodbank Warehouse in Hailsham was very grateful for the delivery as he told us that the Foodbank relies heavily on people's goodwill and support to enable them to supply those who need it with food and other items.

We will plan another foodbank collection for later on in the year at the farm but please see the Foodbank website to find other local donation points in the meantime.

OCTOBER HALFTERM 27th - 31ST OCTOBER 2025
Forest School, Straw-mania & Halloween at the Mohair Centre for 5-11 year olds
The Straw Maze always features heavily during October Half-term running 27th - 31st October 2025. We have lots of Halloween fun on Friday. We will be outside as much as possible. Lots of crafts to choose from, looking after the animals on the farm in the morning, followed by Forest School in the afternoon.
Spaces fill up fast so don't delay email today [email protected] stating preferred dates and times. We cannot accept a child without an up-to-date Registration Form.
