As well as all our usual piano, theory and songwriting lessons, we are very excited to announce that we now offer tuition for the brand new ABRSM Creative Musicianship grades in Songwriting, Composition and Music Production 🤩🎶

These qualifications are delivered at 4 levels, Introducing, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels and can be a brilliant compliment to pre GCSE, GCSE, A-level music and beyond.

✨ 🎹 CELEBRATE WORLD PIANO DAY 🎹 ✨

To mark this special occasion, is delighted to give away a limited number of 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗽𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 (in person) to young musicians!

Want to enter? here’s how:

🎵 .. You must be aged 5-15years and live in East Sussex
🎵 .. Simply share a recent video of yourself playing some or all your favourite piano piece in the comments below. This can be your own composition or by an existing composer.
🎵.. to qualify for entry, your video must start with you stating your name, where you are from and giving a brief description of what area of piano you would like to look at in a lesson if you won. Videos should show the whole keyboard while you perform and must have a minimum of 10 likes by the closing date (see below). Entrants may submit as many videos as they like.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned maestro, we’d love to see your talent, enthusiasm and passion for music and the piano 💛 .. our aim is to help you grow and enjoy your musical journey even more 🤩 🎶

🌟🥇 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 will receive:

1x 45minute introductory lesson
plus 2x 30minute follow up lessons

🌟🥈𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 will receive:

1x 45minute introductory lesson
plus 1x 30minute follow up lesson

… all absolutely FREE! 😊 🎹 😊

- Entries close at 12pm on Monday 6th April 2026
- Any lessons won must be completed before 1st June 2026 and will take place at our premises in Ringmer, BN8 6PH
- Existing students may enter but are not eligible for the introductory lesson component of each prize
- Video submission does not guarantee free lessons and The Sussex Piano School reserves the right to choose winners at their discretion.
