This Wednesday 3.45pm at The Malling Community Centre - Lewes.

Friendly and fun, - you don't have to be able to sing to join! It's about trying it out in a supportive environment, building confidence and having a laugh with the musical tongue twisters pop songs and musical numbers!

And at the end of term we write our own song together :-)

Check this out all kids singers or musicians for THIS SUNDAY in lewes! Also adult performers and musicians !

Aseries of events there from Sept. 26th to Oct. 4th (info about all events here: https://www.fitzroylewes.co.uk/).

One of the events is an improvisation workshop for all musicians and music-lovers happening on Sept. 27th, and I'd be grateful for your help in spreading the word. I've attached a poster/information sheet about it. Joanna Mattrey, who is leading it, is WONDERFUL.

Excited to have the lovely Claire on board who is a qualified teacher and has lots of experience in supporting neurodivergent learners as well as being a wonderful and fun mum!

As a mum and teacher myself I know how important it is for my child to feel emotionally safe and to be exploring and having fun at the same time.

Our Kids’ Singing Group is about coming together to feel excited about music and learn some pop songs and musical numbers as well as write your own original song together! It is a small and friendly group, and our focus is on feeling comfortable whilst building confidence in the voice and sharing that passion within a nurturing environment.

You don’t have to be a singer to join!
You don’t have to be able to read to join!
You don’t have to know all the pop songs out there to join! (I don’t !)

All you need is a little bit of courage and to like music 😉
Because we are pretty sure you’ll know how to have fun!
It is honestly one of my favourite music teaching hours in the week - it brings so much joy and light. I often feel really lifted afterwards, and the kids do too.

No pressure.
No perfection
Just have a go!

Hoping to secure funding for January ’27 to make it more accessible and affordable. For the time being there are currently three spaces for low income families (under £30K) so please do get in touch.

The MALLING COMMUNITY CENTRE CAFE is BACK - Yipeeeee!! I'm looking forward to trying out Papachinos!

This is very good news for parents and kids using the playground, and all the activities that run in the centre. As a parent and a malling resident - i've missed it!

It also means that if your kid loves singing and would like to try out our group - you get to chill or work for an hour next door with a coffee (or w**e!) and tasty snacks 😉

This is fun and nurturing singing group for kids aged 6 years upwards...

We meet weekly at the Malling Community Centre in Lewes, on Wednesdays 3.45pm - 4.45pm for an hour of pop songs, tongue twisters and musical games where we focus on how it FEELS to sing rather than trying to perform or perfect anything.

It's a small and friendly group.
There is no pressure.
Just fun and exploration.

Your child will also learn breathing techniques to project their voice and to feel more confident in using it. And it sounds so lovely when they all come together :-)

Our kids singing group is back in September at the Lewes Malling Community Centre , 3.45pm Wedensdays for 6 year olds upwards.

We support eachother to have fun singing , and we focus on building confidence within a group rather than trying to be perfect singers! It’s all about how it makes you feel 🙂

We play lots of fun warm up games and sing a varied line up of pop songs with the backing of live piano, and some backing tracks. At the end of the term we also write our own song together too!

It’s a lovely nurturing space to make new friends and enjoying using your voice 💫

Hello everyone , if you are looking for more music in your life or have a kid who loves singing or just wants to try it out then my childrens little choir starts back on Thursday March 12th , and my Family Singing workshops are back too with the first on Sunday March 8th !

They are both loads of fun and a chance to feel confident in your own voice whilst singing some awesome chart toppers !

Our kids choir is back on March 12th at the Malling Community Centre! This is a sweet nurturing little singing group for anyone and everyone who loves to sing or who would like to give it a go !

We play fun warm up games and sing pop songs and usually an old classic as well as learn how to use our voice .

Come give it a go with our taster sessions !
