My 6 year old LOVES The Outdoors Project! He leaps out of bed in the morning and is raring to get there. The themes mean that he always has something different to do and never gets bored. He always sleeps well after a day at The Outdoors Project too!!

My son attends the Geat Walstead Outdoors Project. He loves going with his cousin and I love him being away from a screen! He comes back exhausted and messy which just goes to show how much fun hes had all day. He even took a new friend with him this year who loved it just as much.

We’re looking for an energetic and dependable Birthday Party Leader to join The Outdoors Project team in Lewes and Mid Sussex.

You’ll lead action-packed outdoor birthday parties filled with games, adventure, teamwork and plenty of fun. We provide the session plans, equipment and training. You bring the energy, personality and professionalism that make every child’s party feel special.

🎈 Flexible Saturday party work📍 Lewes and Great Walstead, near Haywards Heath🌿 £15 per hour✨ Up to £150 for a full party day🗓 Paid training on 19 and 26 September🚀 Starting party delivery from October

We’d love to hear from someone who is confident leading children, friendly with parents, reliable and happy working outdoors throughout the year.

Previous experience with children is helpful, but it isn’t essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

My son had so much fun with The Outdoor Project.
The games and activities had him coming home full of stories and excited to go back the next day - which as a parent is exactly what you want.
He made alot of news friends and learnt some new skills.
Special shout out to Connor, who made him feel welcome and comfortable on his first day when he did not know anyone.

Hello! 👋 it’s Helen giving us a quick site tour of our holiday club venue at Southover & Western Road playing fields in Lewes! A lovely big green space in the centre of Lewes with room to run around & play. We love running the clubs here!

Our kids had a great time!
Our daughter struggled with being left and they took their time to allow her to settle and talk to her, make her feel comfortable and they updated us afterwards how she was doing. :)
