A year ago, I filmed the corridors of BHS with the intention of posting it after the open day - for those who weren't able to attend.

I'm still editing it as I have four sections still to add and it's already over 22 minutes long! It's also been quite difficult to watch. Lots of memories coming flooding back.

Not sure if anyone would want to watch a video that may end up at almost 25-28 mins long, but I'll keep going anyway- just in case!

Hoping the final four clips are still on my hard drive... And that find my hard drive...

So very sorry to hear the news that Mr Bruce Fraser (Music) passed away yesterday.

He had a massive impact on the lives of the pupils at BHS, providing everyone with the opportunity to learn an instrument and play with the windband, orchestra, string group, brass group, guitar group, junior and senior choirs to name but a few.

He gave pupils the experience of performing abroad and took pupils to Sweden, Austria, Italy and France and fostered a love of music and performing that always stayed with his pupils- even long after they had left school.

I've shared the final performance of the BHS windband, playing "The King Across The Water", composed and conducted by Mr Fraser to allow us to remember what he did best.

He touched so many hearts and gave up so much of his time for so many of us that he will never be forgotten.
