Our social media channels feature a variety of information from our services and

partners, keeping you informed and up to date with what's happening across Fife. We're here to help in any way that we can, and we will always aim to be supportive and respectful in our posts and any comments we respond to. We want our social media channels to be safe, healthy, and open places for discussion and the exchange of views and we have the following house rules to help support that.

- All users must comply with the social media platform's terms of use as well as our own terms of use
- We answer enquiries/messages as soon as possible within working hours
- We will remove, in whole or in part, posts that we feel are inappropriate โ€“ for example bullying or harassment - or discriminatory against any individual or group
- You are wholly responsible for any content you post including content you choose to share

We will remove messages (where function allows) and report and/or block users on our social media channels who post messages at us which we believe are:

- abusive or obscene
- deceptive or misleading
- in violation of any intellectual property rights, including copyright
- in violation of any law or regulation
- spam and off-topic content (persistent negative and/or abusive posts in which the aim is to provoke a response)
- promotional material, including links to external websites and promotions

Anyone repeatedly engaging with us using content or language which falls into the above categories will be blocked and/or reported to the associated social media platform. We will not tolerate or respond to abusive messages. We must always remain politically neutral on social media which is why council officers are unable to reply to, endorse or engage with, any content that is of a party political nature. Political issues can be discussed with local councillors.

Looking for something fun to do with the children this summer? Fife Councilโ€™s Community Learning & Development Team is hosting two FREE outdoor cinema events on Thursday 16 July 2026.

We have had a jam packed end of term!

We were lucky enough to have Cee Cee entertainment & PG Ciarletta perform to the whole school in the run up to Scotlandโ€™s World Cup matches ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ โšฝ๏ธ

The Goblin Kart group had there race day in the playground ๐ŸŽ๏ธ๐Ÿ

The Eco Committee and other pupils took part in the River Leven programmes โ€œDoon the Damโ€ event.

P1&P1/2 had a visit from Neil and his stagecoach bus.

We had a whole school trip to Craigtoun Park and the weather was lovely! โ˜€๏ธ

The P7s had their show, awards ceremony and silent disco with Pizza ๐Ÿ•

We also said goodbye to our P7s as they move onto highschool - we wish them all the luck in the world as they move onto their next big adventure! They were piped out of school for the last time ๐ŸŽถ

We hope all of our pupils and families have an amazing summer holidays and we will see everyone in August ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›

We are incredibly grateful to the amazing team at Camtech Services for their generosity in supplying and fitting a brand new audio and lighting system for our school.

This incredible gift will make such a difference to our assemblies, performances, celebrations and special events for years to come. Your kindness, generosity and support of our school community mean more than words can express.

To help kick off the summer holidays, weโ€™re giving away FREE ice cream to all primary school and nursery children this Friday from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at Caspian Paradise, Buckhaven! ๐ŸŽ‰

A huge congratulations to our eco committee who have been working hard to retain our eco flag for another year ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

As part of this years action plan they have been trying to reduce our food waste in the bistro at lunch time which has greatly improved as a result! We had a whole school energy week where classes learned about the different types of energy and if they were renewable or non renewable.
The eco committee also worked with CLEAR on a few projects including tree planting and planning for future green spaces.
