A dance fitness class with easy-to-follow routines using glow sticks to club classics from the
nineties to now. After checking in you’ll be given a set of rave glow sticks. We darken the room, get the Laser lights & disco lights
going and start with a simple warm up routine. Then we work up a sweat dancing to club classics from the 90′s to

If you’ve never been before….
💪 Clubbercise® is a fun cardio workout that combines easy-to-follow dance, toning and combat moves with high and low impact options
🚨 Classes are held in a darkened room with nightclub-style lighting and everyone uses a pair of glow sticks
💜 There are high and low impact options for all fitness levels
Not only that, but we honestly have the loveliest bunch of people and I’m SO proud of the atmosphere we’ve created in this room - no ego’s, just energy, sweat and love for moving your body to some amazing tunes. There is no “average” clubber in the room - we have a complete mix of ages, fitness abilities, and reasons for being there.
The class is pay as you go, but please use the link to book (below) so I know how many people are coming and can make sure we all have enough space to throw some massive shapes. Sessions are at 7pm at Hartsfield school every Tuesday.

Thank you so much to everyone who has sponsored to book on, we can’t wait to dance with you tonight!! We have sold out and I’m so grateful! We dance from 7-9pm, hopefully all of your faves - thank you for the requests! Doors open at 6.30pm so you can grab some face paint, take some pics, meet your friends and find your space! Just to confirm we are in the JUNIOR school (King James academy, Royston.) There will be limited parking at the primary site and some at the middle school, but the town hall car park is a very short walk. Please bring your glow sticks if you have them- I have quite a lot but it would be great if you do have your own from class!! Have the best day and I can’t wait to dance and raise loads of money with you later 💃💃

Not to be dramatic or anything.. but looking at the weather forecast for Tuesday, we would melt if we danced in that hall. So I’m giving you advance notice that I’m cancelling class.. so you can now plan an almost as lovely Tuesday night without me. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience and I’m so sorry we’re not dancing, but you’ll thank me on Wednesday! Enjoy the lovely weather and I’ll see you the following week as usual.
