This week is National Mental Health Awareness Week with the theme 'Movement: Moving more for our mental health.'
On Friday 17th May we will also be holding a 'Wear it Green' day. The green ribbon is the international symbol of mental health awareness, so by going green for the day, we are opening up opportunities to have conversations about mental health. On Friday pupils can come to school dressed all in green or just wearing a token green item.

This week is National Mental Health Awareness Week with the theme 'Movement: Moving more for our mental health.'
To promote mental health and wellbeing we will be encouraging pupils to participate in a 'step away from screens' challenge. The movement calendar provides some ideas for how you could encourage your child to swap screen time for more active activities.
As parents/carers you could join in with the challenge too.

Year 5 had a fantastic time at Letchworth Golf Club, exploring the courses and playing on the par 3 course. Despite the hot weather, they had a blast, and we made sure they stayed safe. More adventures to come!
