To all teachers and teaching assistants:
Your wellbeing matters just as much as the support you give to others. It’s okay to pause, ask for help, rest, and protect your peace. You do not have to pour from an empty cup.

Thank you for the patience, kindness, resilience, and care you show children every day — often without recognition.

Let’s continue creating schools where mental health is spoken about openly, support is available, and staff feel valued, heard, and cared for. 💚
