A fantastic boxing fitness class today at Stevenage Boxing Club, everyone gave it their all, and the energy was incredible! 💪

Great session yesterday with this bunch... had to mix the youths with the adults as I was out sparring but it worked and the effort from everyone was spot on 💪🏼 thanks to all those that showed up!
If you fancy getting involved in some boxing training, from a non competitive standpoint, pop me a message. Not your average boxercise class, you can actually learn a new skill whilst getting a great workout, leaving you feeling accomplished!

As a professional Boxer/England Boxing coach with over 12 years experience and having recently won the IBO intercontinental title, my classes are different to your standard Boxercise class.
Classes focus on correct punching techniques with a wide variety of combinations & structures which make the classes interesting and enjoyable from week to week
What to expect:

🥊 Shadow Boxing
🥊 Small amount of running
🥊 Body weight exercises
🥊 Circuit Style training
🥊 Pad Work (In pairs -Technical)
🥊 Bag Work (Technical)
