Job Summary:
Certs Assured are pleased to announce that there is a new job opportunity within the company.
Certs Assured is a company who specialises in selling, hiring, and examining lifting equipment to comply with both LOLER and PUWER. We also instruct various courses to comply with guidance from the Health and Safety at Work Act.
Your job will be based from Letchworth, and you will be required to build on an existing client database by phoning and visiting customers, both new and existing. The hours are Monday to Friday FLEXABLE WORKING HOURS
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer services which includes current and new customers
• Having the ability to answer their questions and concerns, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction (Training given)
• Achieve sales goals to enhance bonuses
• Advise customers on products and services that best suit their needs
• Cross sell products for the company to benefit both customer and company
Skills:
• Confidence, you will need to be able to transfer belief in yourself and your product to the customer if you're going to be successful.
• Resilience, you might have put a lot of time and effort into trying to land a deal, but if it doesn’t work out, you must be resilient and and believe that you will land the next one.
• Active listening to understand the customer’s needs, a major part of active listening is to treat others with the respect and attention you'd like to receive in a conversation, so they feel their requirements are understood, and will be adhered to.
• Rapport Building, building a strong rapport with customers is important as you've got to convince them that you're the best person to sell them the product.
• Continual self-improvement, rising to challenges and possessing an appetite for self-improvement are vitally important
