We hope you are enjoying the sunshine ☀️. A little look back to some of the fun we had at the end of the Summer Term. Year 4 enjoyed playing Hockey at the Summer Games and they won the Team of the Festival trophy. Go Green club enjoyed some water fun and strawberries and ice cream for their last session to help cool down. Then everyone enjoyed the fantastic Talent Show on the last day of term. Well done to everyone who took part.

What a wonderfully busy end to the summer term🌞. Whole school trip to Borth, sports day, talent show, summer games, leavers assembly... Well done to everyone for such a 'Successful and Proud' year at our lovely little school. We hope everyone has a lovely summer and wish our Year 6 leavers all the best as they move on and begin their new secondary school adventures. Remember to come back and see us at the fete in September!

This morning Maple class Met Mand. Mand told us all about her life and how she communicates. Mand has cerebral palsy.
The children really enjoyed learning about how she uses her alphabet card and talker to communicate. Thanks to https://www.echoherefordshire.org.uk/ for facilitating this.

Temperatures in classrooms today have been exceeding 30 degrees when they are full of little bodies. The Red Heat alert has been extended to Friday so we will continue to offer optional collection at 1:15. I remain concerned about the warm nights that means our rooms are not cooling sufficiently.
