What a season these little superstars had! 🥹💗

This was their very first time competing in Pom, and what a journey it was! They worked SO hard for Coach Charlize, growing in confidence, technique and performance with every competition. ✨

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you and everything you achieved in your first competitive Pom season! 🏆💫

Now onto a brand new season… and we cannot wait to see what this little team brings! 👀🔥

✨ JUMPING INTO THE WEEKEND WITH EXCITEMENT! ✨

We can’t believe we’ve been back for 3 weeks already! 🤩💃

The studio has been full of energy, hard work, smiles and lots of exciting new routines taking shape! 🖤✨

We’re SO excited for everything this season has in store for our KDC dancers.

Here’s to another exciting, busy and unforgettable season ahead! 🌟

✨ ONE SEASON ENDS… ANOTHER BEGINS! ✨

Now that summer is officially over and we’re about to start our brand-new term tomorrow, we wanted to take a moment to look back on what has been one of our hectic, challenging, but most successful seasons yet! 💗

🏆 WHAT A SEASON…

Our competitive programme finished the year with an incredible:

🥇 49 x 1st Places
🥈 17 x 2nd Places
🥉 6 x 3rd Places
🏅 4 x 4th Places
🏅 1 x 5th Place

🌎 3 ALLSTAR WORLD BIDS
🏆 Grand Champion titles
✨ Choreography Awards
✨ Performance Awards

And across the entire season, our teams consistently finished within the Top 5 while travelling to competitions in Wishaw, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Blackpool, East Kilbride and Ireland.

What a journey it has been. 💗

The trophies, titles and placements are always the icing on the cake, but the real journey is in the experiences, the memories and, most importantly, the team you share them with.

And KDC is about so much more than competitions.

Throughout the year, our dancers also…

💗 Danced for residents at our local care home
🎄 Held our Christmas Showcase
✨ Performed at our local school Christmas fair
🎭 Supported our dancer Amelia performing in the Christmas panto at the SEC
✈️ Travelled all the way to Orlando, Florida, to support our 5 dancers and coach performing at the ICU World Championships 🌎
🎬 Held our annual full-school show, featuring an incredible 46 routines and performing to an audience of around 400 people
🏆 Finished it all off with our annual Awards Night before our dancers enjoyed a very well-deserved summer break!

When we look back at everything we managed to fit into one season, it’s actually a little bit crazy. 😂

No massive studios.
No massive team of coaches.

Just a small group of people who give absolutely everything they have to give our dancers the best opportunities, experiences and memories we possibly can. 💗

We are so grateful for every single dancer, parent and coach who was part of our season. None of these achievements or memories happen without the people behind KDC.

And now… we get ready to do it ALL OVER AGAIN! 🙈🔥

Here’s to the chaos, the obstacles, the last-minute changes, the laughter, the tears and the sleepless nights that are undoubtedly about to come my way! 😂

Watching you grow over the years has been such a privilege. From the little dancer who walked through our doors to the talented young lady you are today, you’ve become such a huge part of the KDC family.

Your loyalty, dedication and commitment to the studio never go unnoticed. KDC has truly become your second home, and we are so incredibly grateful for everything you bring to our dance family. Your hard work, kindness and love for dance make us so proud every single day.

End of an era for our girls as they leave primary school today! 💙🎓

We want to wish each and every one of you the very best of luck as you begin your next chapter at high school. We can’t wait to hear all about your new adventures and everything you achieve.

For the majority of these girls, we’ve had the privilege of watching you grow from babies into the amazing young women you are today. We’ve shared your highs and lows throughout your primary school journey, and it’s been an honour to be a part of it.

Today is definitely an emotional one, but we know you’ll all go on to do incredible things.

A huge thank you to everyone who has enrolled for our 2026/27 season! We are incredibly grateful for your support and can’t wait for another fantastic year ahead.
