Join the πŸ’« Since our inception in September 2002, we have achieved a 100% pass mark in examinations taken. Pupils from the school have successfully auditioned for, and accepted places at The Royal Ballet, London Senior Ballet School,Sylvia Young Theatre School,Tring Park School Classical Academy, Laine Theatre Arts, Performers College, Italia Conti, Bird College,Laban,Urdang, Masters and

Stella Mann College-several of them with full or part scholarships. In addition pupils from LHTS have appeared in professional productions including in the last couple of years Les Miserables, Joseph, Matilda, Billy Elliot, Oliver! and also Chitty Chitty Bang Bang all in London’s West End. We have also had students who have auditioned for and performed in the London Children’s Ballet production of Ballet Shoes and the English Youth Ballet’s Nutcracker and Coppelia-four again with scholarships. Over the last ten years the school has also supplied the dancers for several professional pantomimes alongside stars from the stage and screen. The school also enjoys continued success in dance festivals throughout the country and in the All England Competition including at the national finals in London.

Our Summer Intensives are open to LHTS students AND dancers from other schools, with all ages and abilities welcome. No need to be an existing LHTS student!

Three full days of dance, creativity and performance inspired by the world of Movies & Musicals! 🎬⭐️

Dancers will enjoy five sessions each day, including:

⭐️ Creative & Fun Sessions

They’ll work with our fantastic specialist faculty, learn exciting new choreography and build their technique, confidence, strength, flexibility and performance quality β€” all while making new friends and having a brilliant time!

And on Thursday afternoon, it all comes together for our MOVIE MAGIC SHOWCASE, with parents and families invited to watch! 🎭🍿

We’ve completely reimagined this year’s 3-Day Summer Intensive, and we can’t wait to welcome our dancers for three action-packed days of dance, creativity and performance!
