If you haven’t already seen our new additions, the first two are in the library and the timeline is on our long wall outside. They all look great!!

We recently had the pleasure of delivering a session on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion with the amazing team at a primary school.

We covered the key differences between equality, diversity and inclusion, and explored their benefits for creating a positive and productive environment. We discussed protected characteristics, discrimination and bullying, then focused on building a speak-up culture where everyone’s voice matters.

We also tackled unconscious bias, examined its origins and explored how to enhance our Cultural Intelligence (CQ) by balancing core and flex values.

Finally, we explored the power of micro-messages in shaping an inclusive workplace and how we can all champion a culture of inclusion.
