It has been a small age since I have posted on here so I wanted to give a little update as to what I’ve been up to lately, for anyone who may stumble across my page!
Since January, I am thrilled to say I have been back performing in the West End in Wicked!!!!
It has been such a dream come to true to return to this wonderful show and has been incredible to be singing for myself everyday again!
I’ve also managed to keep teaching at Tring Park at the same time so living a crazy double life!
I am so excited so watch the MTH show, Higher Love in March and am missing my technique group terribly!!!!
I’ve had to pause on private lessons until after Easter but I can’t wait to welcome all of my students back to the studio!

Today has been a good day!!! Awesome workout at boot camp, teaching the most amazing students finding joy with every single one, played with my amazing boys and then finally sitting down with a Prosecco to watch my husband in the film My Policeman with Harry Styles! Beautifully shot, beautifully acted and so proud of Simon! Of course I cried at the ending! Today was full of little wins and that’s all we can hope for! X

I’m super proud of this one! I am officially a Vocal Health First Aider! Pushing myself with my learning has been a massive part to help me get through this past year! I can’t wait for the next step! The course has been invaluable and made me a better teacher! Thank you Vocal Health Education for everything! X
Oh and Katy Shorten is my married name but I swear it’s me!!!!!

I've not been on here for a while, crazy busy in the virtual studio! I just wanted to thank my students this week for some awesome work! Lots of practising at home which makes me very happy and really pays off the following week! Keep it up guys! xx
