A moment to reflect. 🪞

As therapists, we spend so much time helping others explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences.

But how often do we pause and turn that same curiosity towards ourselves?

Ask yourself:

💭 Which clients have stayed on my mind after a session?
💭 What feelings did I notice in myself?
💭 Did I make any assumptions?
💭 What might I explore differently next time?

Reflective practice isn’t about finding the “right” answer.

It’s about staying curious, recognising our own responses and continuing to develop as practitioners.

Sometimes, the most valuable learning starts with a question we ask ourselves.

🌱 What happened to your inner child?

Our Working with the Inner Child two-day workshop is coming up this October - designed for professional practitioners who want to explore inner child work from an integrative and experiential perspective.

Across two days, we’ll explore:

✨ The concept of the inner child
✨ How our early experiences can influence our adult lives
✨ Unconscious drives and patterns
✨ Creative approaches to inner child work
✨ How we can understand and work with our clients’ histories
✨ Developing your own awareness alongside your therapeutic practice

This is a challenging, personal and thought-provoking workshop, giving you the opportunity to explore both your own inner child and how this work can be brought into the therapy room.
