🏉 A pretty special training session at RFC

Imagine being a young rugby player and getting the chance to learn from an Exeter Chiefs Official and England Rugby player.

That's exactly what the boys at Withycombe RFC got to do recently, as Greg Fisilau joined them for a training session — and we were delighted to help make it happen.

As Backline sponsors both Withycombe RFC boys team and Greg, it felt like a great opportunity to bring the two together. But more than that, it's about giving young players the chance to learn from someone who's playing at the highest level, build their confidence and get even more excited about the game they love.

You never know what a moment like that might inspire. And if a few of those boys went home buzzing about rugby, feeling more confident or dreaming a little bigger, then that's what it's all about.

We're lucky to be part of a brilliant local rugby community, and we're looking forward to seeing these lads out on the pitch in their Backline shorts! 💚

🏉 WEST COUNTRY DERBY | UNDER THE LIGHTS 🏉

Friday night rugby. A West Country derby. Under the lights. 💚🖤

The Chiefs headed to The Rec ready for another huge battle with Bath, following a performance last time out that showed exactly what this team is made of.

Despite going into half-time 26–10 down, Exeter Chiefs produced a brilliant second-half fightback to lead 33–31, with tries from Immanuel Feyi-Waboso (2), Stephen Varney, Jack Yeandle and Josh Iosefa-Scott.

The Chiefs ultimately fell just short 40–34, but the character, attacking intent and never-say-die attitude were there for all to see. 👊

As proud sponsors of Greg Fisilau and Exeter Chiefs, we were delighted to continue supporting the team as they headed into the massive West Country derby.

🏉 WE’RE BACKING GREG FOR ANOTHER SEASON! 💚

We’re delighted to confirm that Backline Logistics are continuing our player sponsorship of Exeter Chiefs’ Greg Fisilau for the new season!

What a way to build momentum heading into the return of Premiership Rugby this weekend! 🔥

The Chiefs showed real character at the weekend, coming from behind to secure an impressive 33–28 victory over Cardiff Rugby at the Arms Park.

And there was a familiar name on the scoresheet… Greg Fisilau crossed for one of Exeter’s five tries as the Chiefs battled their way to victory alongside Harvey Skinner, Stephen Varney, Joe Bailey and Immanuel Feyi-Waboso, with Henry Slade adding the crucial conversions.

Five tries, a comeback victory and plenty of momentum heading into the new campaign. 💪

At Backline, we’re proud to continue supporting Greg and the Exeter Chiefs as they head into another exciting Premiership Rugby season.

Good luck to Greg and the Chiefs for the season ahead — we’ll be backing you all the way! 💚🏉
