More past pupil news ❤️

Our past rugby team captains, Alistair and Max, went with Yr 10 last week in the schools final in Goole! This team has made the final 4 years in row! That is no easy feat! Unfortunately they missed out on the trophy but what an experience just being there!
Well done boys! We’re so proud of you both! 💪 I can see a little Bedford Hall supporter getting involved in this photo too 🥳

Y4 had their first residential experience ‘sleeping under the stars’ this week (with ‘sleeping’ being used loosely 🤭) Lots of team games, learning to work together, singing together by the campfire, hot dogs and chippy supper and some mediation under the moon 🌙 . What a great night for our experience Epworth Education Trust

This week we had the very exciting news about our new Reception children who will be joining our Bedford Hall family in September. Our current Y5s, who will be their buddies next year have been considering what they may love about our school. Unfortunately they ran out of space on the board but look at all these wonderful things they have to look forward to! ❤️ What’s your favourite thing about Bedford Hall? Anything we’ve missed?

Methodism is all about love in action. John Wesley once said ‘an ounce of love is worth a pound of knowledge’. This week our PTA put our values into action by supporting children in thanking the people from church. These wonderful people give their time freely to help children to read; give them undivided attention; support on many trips and visits; encourage children when they present their learning at coffee mornings; and welcome our families to church events. What a fantastic bunch ❤️ Big shout out to the PTA for taking time out of their busy days to put on an amazing afternoon tea with personalised gifts for each person ❤️
