The Big Green Move is again happening from today until 11th July 2026 -  The Big Green Move is a project in collaboration with the accommodation team that encourages students to donate usable items during move-out season. Items will be reused or donated locally as part of our Community Pop Up Shop project, which provides a space for students to swap or buy pre-loved and affordable items while supporting the new Access Fund.

We are working with Open Hands again this year to ensure the purpose of the donations is maximised; all food items will be donated to the food bank - we successfully collected and donated 25 kg last year!

We’re looking for a new Sports Officer for 26/27! ✨

If you’re passionate about sports at the University and want to represent the sports community then this is the job for you!

That’s exactly what the Pay the Placement campaign is trying to change. We’re pushing parliament to consider paying nursing, midwifery and healthcare students for their placement hours.
