Throwback to an amazing Year 5 project!
Last half term, Year 5 had the exciting opportunity to work with the National Space Centre and a local artist to create a model of the planet Uranus. Their ideas and creativity were brought to life as part of the Planet Parade exhibition at Phoenix Arts Centre.
Here’s a look back at their wonderful trip into town to see the finished artwork displayed in all its glory. While they were there, the children also enjoyed exploring New Walk Museum, making it a memorable day!

We know that some children face challenges that can affect their emotional wellbeing and readiness to learn. Our wonderful Thrive project is a calm, caring space where children are gently supported to grow in confidence and resilience through creative activities and warm, supportive conversations.
Whether it’s through art, games, or simply taking time to talk, children are listened to, valued, and given the reassurance they need to feel safe and understood.
Here are some photos of Thrive in action.
