Stafford Leys PFA are holding their fireworks event this evening, it will start at 6.45pm approx and last 15 mins.

Important Information for Monday Night’s Fireworks Display,
Please take a few moments to read the important information below regarding Monday night’s event.

🎟 Tickets
Entry Requirement: All members of your party must have a valid ticket to gain entry.
Ticket Access: Please ensure your tickets are downloaded onto your phone or printed before arrival so we can scan the barcode.
No Ticket, No Entry: Entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket.

🚪 Entry & Timings
Gates Open: The main school entrance (by the library gates) will open at 5:00 PM.
Hunters Way Gate: The side gate will remain closed until the end of the event.
Entertainment Schedule:
Katrina the Fire Performer: from 6:15 PM
Fireworks Display: approximately 6:45 PM – 7:00 PM
The event will conclude shortly after the fireworks display.

🚗 Parking & Travel
On-Site Parking: No parking will be available on school grounds except for disabled parking.
Travel Advice: We strongly encourage guests to walk where possible.
If driving, please take extra care as local roads will be very busy.
Respect Residents: Do not block driveways or park on pavements.

⚠️ Safety Information
The school field will be fenced off and monitored throughout the evening. For everyone’s safety, please do not enter the field at any time.
Fireworks will be launched from the field by a professional pyrotechnics company.

🚻 Facilities
Toilets will be available in the Year 5 & 6 block.
All other internal areas of the school will remain locked.

🔥 Sparklers & Alcohol
For safety reasons, sparklers are not permitted anywhere on site.
No alcohol will be served or allowed on the premises.

⛑ First Aid
Qualified First Aiders will be present on site.
If you require assistance, please approach a PFA volunteer wearing a high-visibility jacket.

🍔 Food & Refreshments
Catering units will be available selling hot food, drinks, and sweets.
The PFA tuck shop will also be open, offering sweets, treats, and glow-in-the-dark items.
🎶 Entertainment
Enjoy music from our DJ and a selection of fairground rides and trampolines for added fun.
🐾 Animals
Please do not bring animals onto the site.

Well done to all the children that took part today at Halloween Hair.

There were some spooktacular hairstyles on display. 👻🧟‍♀️

We can see alot of time and effort went in to planning and preparing the hairstyles!

You all looked amazing!
