Employability Day is all about celebrating opportunities, highlighting the importance of skills development, and supporting individuals on their journey into meaningful work. At Business 2 Business, it’s especially important to us because empowering people to build confidence, gain skills, and achieve their career goals is at the heart of everything we do.

In the lead-up to Employability Day, our team has been out making a real impact—attending jobs fairs, welcoming employers to our Head Office, and strengthening those all-important connections between businesses and jobseekers. We’ve also spent time with our participants, who have shared inspiring stories about how Business 2 Business has supported them on their journey.

To mark the occasion, we also delivered a dedicated employability session for busy mums, helping them take positive steps back into work and build brighter futures.

Today, our Employer Advisor, Aron, attended the Loughborough Jobs Fair, where he had the opportunity to network and connect with a range of employers looking to fill vacancies. Meanwhile, two members of our Leicester team took part in a workshop led by Liz Sewell, exploring how we can better support women in using AI and the impact it can have.
