We came together to celebrate Eid Al-Adha, and what a beautiful event it was! Seeing our community unite, share smiles, and create unforgettable memories truly captured the spirit of Eid.
Our young guests had an absolute blast with delicious ice cream treats and a fantastic magic and balloon show! 🍦🎩 Meanwhile, our traditional outfit corner added a wonderful cultural touch to our celebration, reminding us of our beautiful roots.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and made this celebration so special. Just as we hoped, we shared the joy, loved, and were loved. ❤️

On Thursday, 14 May, Spring Educational Society proudly took part in the ‘Communities Networking and Information Sharing Event’ hosted by the Leicestershire County Council.

As part of Communities Week, this fantastic event gave us the opportunity to connect with other incredible organisations, share our vision, and explore new ways to support our local families. It was also wonderful to see our young members actively engaging with local services and stallholders to learn more about the resources available in our city!

During the event, we focused on:
✅ Building partnerships with local councils, charities, and support groups
✅ Sharing our educational and social integration initiatives
✅ Discovering new resources to better serve the Leicester community

A huge thank you to the Communities Team for organising such an inspiring, collaborative, and well-structured day. By working side by side with other local initiatives, we are taking strong steps toward a more connected and supported community. 🤝

Sometimes what makes communication between spouses difficult isn’t a “lack of love,” but different personalities with different needs and ways of expressing themselves.

In collaboration with SPRING Educational Society, Wisefull & NHS, we are hosting an online seminar on Sunday, 15 February, about practical ways for different personalities to live together in harmony.

Topics include: how personality tests can support marriage, communication based on the DISC model, what lies beneath conflicts, and key questions such as “Am I trying to change my spouse—or understand them?”

STAYING TOGETHER IN MARRIAGE: THE SECRETS OF A SUCCESSFUL MARRIAGE

SPRING Educational Society, in collaboration with NHS Leicester, is organising an important seminar on marriage and relationships.

Five separate videos have been prepared by Dr. Taşkın Tanrıkulu (Psychologist / Psychotherapist and Couple & Family Therapist), covering key topics such as attachment in marriage, communication, conflict management, and rekindling closeness and intimacy.

During the webinar taking place on Sunday evening, these video seminars will be introduced and a summary of expert recommendations for a successful marriage will be shared.
