On Friday 5th June, Danemill staff members will be raising money for an incredible local charity, The Bodie Hodges Foundation, to ensure that families in need can access vital support when they need it most. 💛
🌟 Our Challenge 🚴
• 10-hour cycle
• 6:00am – 4:00pm
• Non-stop cycling
Whilst wearing brightly coloured clothes to “Go Bright for Bodie”. 🌈
On this day, children are also invited to come to school wearing bright colours, in support of our challenge and going ‘Bright for Bodie’! We kindly ask for a donation of £1, which will go the Bodie Hodges Foundation. 😊
We have members of staff with close connections to The Bodie Hodges Foundation, making this cause especially meaningful to us. As a school team, we want to come together and show how we can make a difference for such an important cause. 💙

Pre-School children have been celebrating the start of National Smile Month by exploring our dental health! 😁🦷
The children have taken part in lots of discussions about how we can look after our teeth, including the importance of brushing twice a day, eating sweet treats in moderation and visiting the dentist regularly. 💭
Pre-School have been brushing their teeth every afternoon and have done a brilliant job! The children finished the week by drawing pictures of their dazzling smiles. Well done, everyone. 😁🪥
