Create and Meditate Workshop - Affirmation Card Making and Meditation at Littlethorpe Village Hall.
This event will be my fourth collaboration with the fabulous Come alone or bring a friend to create and meditate.
On the Brightside are a beautiful community of like minded ladies working with the rhythm of the moon. Learning together and supporting one another.
We will start with a Moon Ritual and then create our very own Positive Affirmation Cards. Time spent creating is fantastically mindful and creating with others as a community is a great way to socialise.
Then some Journaling, this will be followed by a relaxing Meditation with Reiki from Tay Tamar Egan at Littlethorpe Village Hall. Friday 30th October, 6-9pm.
All Materials will be provided.
Our alternative Friday night out -
Grab a drink on arrival.
Moon Ritual including a crystal for the moonphase and a worksheet to repeat the ritual at home.
Mindful Breath Drawing and Creating Affirmation Cards - Using watercolour paints, paint sticks, felt tip pens and colouring pencils - we will draw our breath. Then we will cut them in to cards and add our own affirmation on the other side. There will be collage papers and a list of quotes to help with this part.
Journaling for the Moon Phase.
more refreshments and cake!
Then we will relax with our yoga mats and blankets and enjoy a Meditation with Reiki from Amy and Tay from On the Brightside.
