Blossoms Day Nursery

This is a bittersweet piece of post for our setting. We have been fortunate enough to have received various correspondence from Her Majesty over the years but this is perhaps the most precious now.

Thank you for your service. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will very be sadly missed. Our country’s longest serving monarch in history.

We had our unannounced Food Hygiene Inspection yesterday. Our lovely chef Lucy kept our fantastic record going with the highest award of 5 which are are very pleased with! Well done Lucy!!

This Victoria Sponge deserves it’s own square! Soooo good!! 🎂 🍰 👑 🇬🇧

Some of our party set-up….indoors today as our weather wasn’t as reliable as we’d hoped!

We’ve made the most of having another Platinum Jubilee party today! We’ve been busy flying the flag and enjoying yet more beautiful homemade scones!

Our children were busy all week making their own special decorations….Union flags, bunting, our own Queen and zoom in on the last one for our special handmade paper chains.

It deserves a square of it’s own! 💖🤤

Today’s special Jubilee Tea Party treat….Chef Lucy’s delicious homemade scones! Tasted as good as they looked out in the afternoon sunshine! Enjoyed by all our children as part of our Jubilee celebrations
