Today we delivered our bags of selection boxes that we’ve been collecting at Busy Bugs.
the nurses on the children’s cancer ward were very appreciative and promised to distribute our collection around the children’s wards to those who are spending christmas in hospital this year. it was an emotional visit and humbling to say the least. makes you grateful that our bug babies are all well and healthy.
thank you to everyone who donated to our little cause. we managed to get 70 this year and we are super proud and thankful to those who donated.

what a fantastic fun time the busy bug children have had creating different Christmas 🎄 activities and learning all about the nativity and putting on a little show.
it’s been super exciting and even more so when we watched Santa 🎅🏼 come down off the roof to meet us all and hand out gifts. 🎁

🎅🏼we’re collecting again this christmas for the children’s wards at Leicester Royal Infirmary 🎄
last year we collected 116 selection boxes and delivered them to the wards just before christmas. this year we would love to do the same but realise that money is tight and selection boxes are so expensive, so we are collecting a range of sweets, candy canes or chocolate to take with us as well as selection boxes 🍫🍬🍭🍫🍬🍭
If you’d like to support our collection, please pop the goodies into busy bugs and we will update everyone when we deliver them later in December ☃️
