Dear Lime Tree Family

Andrea and I would like to share some exciting changes with you. As you are all aware, Lime Tree is growing! We are now a group of 6 nurseries and we are conscious we still want to be able to give each setting the time and attention it requires and deserves. Obviously with more nurseries comes a greater workload and to enable us to continue to do what we do we’ve implemented a new management structure. Our Barrow and Loughborough managers, Amy & Claire, will now be managing their own settings on a part time basis and spending the remainder of their time sharing an area manager role across all 6 of our settings. Amy has been with us since day one at Barrow and Claire since day one at Loughborough (16 and 14 years respectively)

To enable this growth we have appointed Steph and Sophie as managers at Barrow and Kelly as manager at Loughborough. We are so excited for what’s to come and would like to congratulate Amy, Claire, Steph, Sophie and Kelly on their promotions 💚🌳
