Before we break for the summer holidays, we wanted to thank you for helping us to raise over ⭐️£340⭐️ from the ‘Ice Cream Friday’ events held this term.

We were also the grateful recipients of the profits from Mr Quinn’s Leicester City football raffle held in school ⚽️.
All funds raised by the PTFA go back into the school.

Looking ahead, we will be collecting pre-loved uniform donations 👕 in the week commencing Monday 2nd September, so if you’re having a clear out, please put these items aside and we’ll be in touch in the new term with the collection details.

A huge well done to all of our Steel Pan players who came to perform at the scout gala on Saturday. You played absolutely brilliantly and represented Greenfield so well. We are so proud of you.

Thank you to parents, grandparents and friends for bringing your children and coming to support us. Have a wonderful summer break.

Celebrate an incredible Summer of Sport by winning every day between 8th - 21st July for Greenfield Primary School, Countesthorpe!

How to play

1. Every day, we'll release a clue that reveals the hiding place of our sports ball.

2. Solve the clue, then race to the easyfundraising website to find the ball.

3. When you’ve found the ball, click it, and we’ll enter Greenfield Primary School, Countesthorpe into the daily prize draw to win a £100 donation, and the grand prize draw to win £2,000*, thanks to ebay.

The first ball is waiting to be found. You’ve got until midnight.

On your marks, get set, go!

⭐ 🏅 We're celebrating the huge Summer of Sport by giving you the chance to win £2,000 for your cause! Along with a daily £100 donation (and the odd treat for you too on selected days) over the next fortnight.

Join us at our PTFA fundraising stall at the Railway pub Summer Fair on Saturday 6th July between 12pm and 5pm, where we’ll be selling pre-loved school uniform and snacks.

⭐️All funds raised by the PTFA go back into the school.⭐️

⭐️Come to the AGM today at 2:45pm!⭐️

The PTFA AGM will take place today at 14.45-15.10 in the school Staff Room. Please enter via the office.

Agenda summary:
• Receive the accounts for the last financial year
• Report on the PTFA’s activities since the last AGM
• Elect the new committee

This is your chance to hear and see how the funds you have helped to raise have been used for the benefit of the children at our school.

The AGM is also an opportunity for you to elect the PTFA Committee, who will represent the association throughout the forthcoming academic year. Everyone is welcome to attend.

⭐️PTFA Fundraising Update⭐️

We are delighted to announce that, since the Easter holidays, you have helped us to raise an amazing ⭐️£2,969.75⭐️ through supporting our fundraising events! Thank you!

💚The early summer pre-loved uniform sales have brought in £180.00

💚The Happy’s Circus events raised a fantastic £2,102.08

💚And the Father’s Day Gift Room raised £687.67

Thank you to everyone who helped make these events happen, and who contributed to raising vital funds – we really appreciate it.
