🌿 Our Eco Warriors Shine Brightly!🌿

We are bursting with pride! Our incredible Eco Warriors were invited to speak at the Hinckley & Bosworth Annual Rural Conference about the amazing work they do in our school to care for the environment.

Not only did they share their ideas and initiatives, but they also spoke confidently in front of a large audience of councillors and guests. Their passion, knowledge, and dedication truly impressed everyone!

Well done, Eco Warriors – you are inspiring us all to make a difference, one green step at a time! 💚

Today is National Primary School Place Offer Day, you should have received an email this morning confirming which school your child has a place at for September 2025.
This afternoon we have posted out information to parents and children due to start at Newlands, it should be with you in the next few days.
If you haven’t received anything, or didn’t apply, please do get in touch after the Easter holidays and we’ll do our best to help you.

This week Mrs McEntee and I had the pleasure of meeting Michael Rosen, the famous author and poet. We have two of his poetry books that he has signed especially for us so we’ll be launching a poetry competition soon where two classes will win one of the books to keep on their class bookshelf.
