Our course provides a unique blend of lean technical skills, facilitation and change management plus overarching business management knowledge enabling you to successfully manage design, implementation and sustained improvement in a wide range of industrial, service or administrative organisations.

The course takes a holistic and strategic view of lean operations management, concentrating on the latest ‘lean6-sigma’ techniques and change management practices.
The programme is distinctive in that it is delivered by both human resource management and lean operations professionals from the Faculty of Technology and Business and Law.

We are happy to consider equivalent qualifications from anywhere in the world.
