Tiddlywinks Pre School , Tilton on the Hill Tiddlywinks Pre School is situated in the small Leicestershire village of Tilton on the Hill .

we are an Ofsted registered Good Pre school for 24 children per day we are a local authority funding for 2-3 years and 3-4 year olds for 15 hours per week.
