Just wanted to share some pictures of pure joy. Base A not only enjoyed sports week, but helped out at every given opportunity, from giving away ice creams, to sorting out sports equipment and handing out certificates! We could not have done last week without them! Superstars everyone of them! 🤩

Base F had a fab trip for a 'cheeky Nandos' to celebrate and spend their hard earnt Enterprise Money 🥰

Over the last few weeks in our MATP session, we explored toe awareness through a fun and sensory-rich activity! 👣
The children had the opportunity to explore a variety of textures using their feet, including soft fabrics, bumpy surfaces, and grainy materials. This helped to develop their sensory awareness and body confidence in a playful and engaging way.
It was fantastic to see pupils:
✨ Exploring different textures with curiosity
✨ Reacting to new sensory experiences
✨ Showing clear preferences – some children loved the soft materials, while others were drawn to more textured or firmer surfaces
These activities support important skills such as sensory processing, communication, and making choices, which are key areas within MATP.
Well done to everyone for their enthusiasm and participation! 👏

Well done Class 34 for showing amazing independences skills in your cooking lesson. Everyone took turns sharing ingredients and waiting their turn. Good job everyone! 😃

We are proud of Buzz for doing some excellent movement this week. Including pulling himself up into a standing position when moving around the classroom! 🥰

We are super proud of Vina for amazing walking around the classroom and towards the door. She has also been standing when completing activities 🤩

We are super proud of Millie-Mai's dedication this week as she has been trying so hard to learn her times tables. She has written them out in her own booklet so that she can practise them at home as well as in school – well done Millie-Mai! 🤩

Class 39a have had a week of sensory exploration. We have been exploring the colours of the Olympic rings through food; this has included visits to our sensory garden 🤩
