🏑 Good luck to Mr Tratt! 🇬🇧
We're delighted to hear that our Sports Coach, Mr Tratt, is enjoying a fantastic tournament at the World Masters Hockey World Cup in Rotterdam, where he is coaching the England Over 45s team.
After an outstanding group stage, the team finished top of their group, winning all four of their matches to book their place in the semi-finals. They will now face either South Africa or Belgium on Friday.
Everyone at Leicester High School for Girls wishes Mr Tratt and the team the very best of luck as they aim for a place in the final. We're all cheering you on! 💜🏑

Some of our Year 12 students had the incredible opportunity to spend time with Snehalaya, a charity in India, learning, volunteering and experiencing a completely different way of life.
Opportunities like this are about so much more than travel – they're about broadening horizons, building confidence and creating memories that last a lifetime. 💙

Sports Day! 🥎
Unfortunately due to the weather this year we only played team sports; rounders and netball.
Everyone still had a lovely time and loved the post match ice cream van 🚐🍦

Mr Tratt has outdone himself with this field trip! 🏑🇪🇸🏴🇵🇰
The hockey team visited Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre to watch England vs Spain women and England vs Pakistan men, the girls took part in all of the extra match activities like the half time quizz and got the opportunity to meet numerous players after the game.
Thank you Henry Croft .payne0 and Rohan Bhuhi for being so friendly, the girls really appreciated the time you spent with them :)
