On Wednesday 21st January, our officers took part in a development day where they were given guidance, advice, training and information in regards to effectively carrying out their roles and developing their skills, the day was a massive success and there were loads of creative ideas, events and activities that came from the day.
The purpose of the day was to ensure our officers were given the right support, information and advice they need to carry out their individual roles so that they can effectively advocate and support our students.

From campus to Parliament—an eye-opening day at the House of Parliament with the Student Union 🙌

A productive two days at the NUS UK Conference – Heart of England, Coventry (19–20 November).
Representing Leicester College Students’ Union alongside our President and Officers, we connected with inspiring SU leaders from across the country, shared ideas, strengthened networks, and collaborated on national student priorities.

Grateful for the conversations, the campaigning efforts, and the collective ambition to drive meaningful change for students.
Looking forward to taking these insights back to Leicester and continuing the work.
