🇺🇦 Year 10 students at the Ukrainian School have started their examinations.

The first exam in Ukrainian History has already been completed ✅
We congratulate our students and are proud of their results!

Still to come are exams in Geography, Ukrainian Language and Ukrainian Literature.
We wish them success, confidence, and excellent results 💙💛

🇺🇦 Ukrainian School in Leicester is organising sports and fun activities for Ukrainian children and their families 💙💛

Thanks to financial support from Leicestershire County Council, all activities will be free of charge.

Our first event will take place on 6 June at Enderby Leisure Centre — Atlantis Pool Party 🌊

In July, we are also planning a Climbing Session at Parklands Leisure Centre — more details coming soon 🧗‍♀️

These activities will take place at different sports centres across Leicestershire, so there are many more exciting events ahead for children and families 😊

A big thank you to all our students, parents, and teachers for another busy and inspiring term 💙💛

A short break is ahead, and then a new stage begins: 📚 after returning, exams and tests will take place

And we are also looking forward to some special events:
🎓 27 June — Last Bell celebration
🏕 4 July — school family camping trip

It will be warm, heartfelt, and truly Ukrainian 🇺🇦✨

🇬🇧 On 21 May, Ukrainians in Ukraine and around the world celebrate Vyshyvanka Day 💙💛

On this occasion, our school community is sharing family photos of pupils, parents, and teachers wearing traditional Ukrainian embroidered shirts — vyshyvankas.

A vyshyvanka is more than just traditional clothing; it is a symbol of Ukrainian identity, unity, strength, and love for our culture and heritage. Ukrainians across the world wear vyshyvankas to preserve and pass on our traditions to future generations.

З цієї нагоди наша шкільна родина ділиться сімейними світлинами учнів, батьків і вчителів у традиційних українських вишиванках.
