We pride ourselves on catering for the majority rather than the minority and can only assume by our following that we are giving our customers what they want. Offering a fun, friendly, party atmosphere to all abilities and ages from 16 to 86 year olds - LADIES ONLY. All levels of fitness, all shapes & sizes are more than welcome to come join in the fun at our Zumba® Fitness Party. Every instructor is unique in their personalities and teaching backgrounds which makes each experience very different from one class to another. So if you have tried a class that wasn't quite right for you, then why not come along and join our party and see what you've been missing! Every year, I take time to commemorate the incredible support that LOROS provided during one of the most vulnerable periods of my life. ❤️

This year, I am proud to be returning to the Leicester Run Festival Half Marathon 🏃‍♀️— the very event where my running journey began and where I completed my first ever half marathon back in 2015.

To help raise funds for LOROS, ZFit and Peepul Centre are hosting a special charity Fitathon:

📅 Friday 11th September
⏰ 6:00pm – 8:00pm
📍 Peepul Centre, Leicester

💃 2 straight hours of Zumba
💷 £10 entry fee
🎗️ All proceeds donated to LOROS
🏋️‍♀️ Every attendee will receive a FREE day gym pass courtesy of Peepul Centre

Yesterday's events deserve more than one post... so this is the first of two. ❤️

This post is dedicated to everyone who showed up and walked together as one.

To the carers, staff, volunteers, supporters of loros, and every single person who gave their time and energy — no words can truly encapsulate the difference you make. The gift you give to families and our community is beyond measure. 💙

It was an absolute honour to warm up the crowd ahead of the Twilight Walk, but yesterday brought its own significance and moments that will stay with me forever.

There were many emotions throughout the day, especially when the true hero behind ZFit joined me on stage. As she walked for her husband, alongside her husband, I found myself struggling to hold back the emotion. Even now, as I write this and retell the day to my daughter, it still catches me.

Sheetal, your courage, strength, and humility inspire me in ways I cannot put into words. ✨

The love and support of your beautiful family are a reminder of the very best of humanity, compassion, and togetherness. And while I may have played a small part in your story, I know there were hundreds of people walking alongside with their story, with words of encouragement every step of the way. ❤️

The image of you crossing that finish line, arm in arm as a family, is one I will carry in my heart forever.

To you, and to so many others, thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. 🙏

There were countless moments to treasure, but one phrase will forever caption the day:

I'm a little late posting this, but I couldn't let the week pass without recognising carers.

Not only because of my own lived experience, but because of the countless unsung heroes I meet in everyday life who dedicate themselves to caring for a loved one.

It is one of the most under-recognised roles a person can take on. The value of what you do cannot truly be quantified, and the impact you have transcends anything that can be put into words.

The patience, strength, compassion, and sacrifices made behind closed doors often go unseen, but they matter more than you know.

This one's for you.

We see you. We appreciate you. We salute you. 🙌🏽🥰❤️

Happy Birthday to my dad 🎂 — who sacrificed everything for our family — and to my daughter 👩‍⚕️, who chose a life of caring for others.

Personal Message: It’s not often I’m lost for words, but I am always left inspired, honoured, humbled… and honestly speechless… following a ZFit get together ❤️

Truth be known, when you begin life as a parent yourself, you spend the rest of your life living out the childhood you may have missed. This is both a blessing and, at times, a curse. A blessing because you’re able to spread a sense of joy, love and laughter — the kind only children naturally bring — even as an adult 🥹✨

But sometimes, just like children act out, we too can get overexcited, want to move too fast, or lose our way , take the wrong turn or get lost. And if you are lucky enough, you are surrounded by the wisdom, love and mercy of elders who help guide you back ❤️

I have truly been blessed to be amongst such women. The last 15 years have been a journey of self-discovery through ZFit. You have seen me through the best of times and my darkest moments, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing in me, for your love, and most importantly, for never giving up on me 🙏🏽❤️

Where the journey goes from here, I don’t know… but as long as we stay united, I know we will figure it out together ✨
