The ZEV mandate cannot succeed on corporate registrations alone.

Reaching an 80% target by 2030 will require a dramatic shift in the private market, where buyers face very different questions around price, depreciation and charging access.

The Government’s ZEV mandate review is an opportunity to replace an unrealistic trajectory with one that protects progress, investment and European automotive capability.
