Last week Alice taught our students ‘Love Train’ with Makaton sign language and they absolutely loved it!! ♥️🚂 This was one of the songs the students in Ghana taught Alice over the Summer and we are so lucky that she can share it with us back home!! 🙌🏼 It was highly requested again this week and we think you’ll agree they did an AMAZING job 🤩

What a day. What a crowd. What an amazing community! ❤️

GlastonBlaby is about bringing people together, giving local bands and performers the chance to play on a 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲, creating some fantastic photos and memories, and giving thousands of people a brilliant day out.

And while we’re doing all of that, we’re raising money for some fantastic charities too.

We’ve now completed our event wash-up and we’re incredibly proud to announce that GlastonBlaby 2026 generated more than £5,000 to support local charities and future community fundraising. 🎉

That means:
🎸 Local bands and performers getting their moment on stage
🎤 New audiences discovering brilliant local talent
🙌 Thousands of people coming together and having fun
❤️ Local charities benefiting from the event
🎪 And GlastonBlaby ready to do it all again!

What a brilliant session with our Juniors at Wigston Academy last night! ✨💜 So much energy, confidence and fun in the room 🤩 We absolutely LOVE seeing our students throwing themselves in, expressing themselves and building those all-important friendships along the way.

Our Juniors explored Dance 💃 Singing 🎤 and Drama 🎭 and it was so lovely to see them supporting each other, sharing so much laughter and just enjoying being together after the summer break!

We are so excited for this next chapter of our Tuesday classes at Wigston Academy and can’t wait to see this little group continue to grow 💜✨
