Paula's kitchen cheesecake
Perfect for Xmas πŸŽ„

Recipe
1kg twarΓ³g (polish curd) half half (semi fat, fat free)
3eggs 2 whites
uk vanila flavo drops
60g budyΕ„ or potato starch
1 banana 🍌
Almond essence (5-6drops)
Handful raisins (soaked in hot water)

Blend cheese with banana, yolks, sweetener, essence, dash of salt. Add raisins - make sure you dry them properly from water.
Peak egg whites with powdered erythrytol then slowly fold into cheese mixture. Don't over mix to keep the air in whites.

Warm the oven in 180*C then bake for 45-50 min.

On the bottom of oven put dish with water to let the ckae be nice and soft.

After it cool down refrigarete and enjoy :)

Single portion gingerbread cheesecake Recipe

Base :
30g oat flour
20g peacan pie syroup
10g almond butter

Mix all together and place any dish or plastic box

Filling πŸ₯§ :
160g plant yoghurt (u can use any)
10g gelatine
Ginger, cinnamon, Turmeric
uk flavour drops toffe

Mix gelatine with 150ml boiling water, add spices then pour into yoghurt blend it all together.

Pour it over the base and refrigerate few hour.

Coconut/cocoa balls for them dark and cold evenings when u looking for some nice little treat πŸ˜‰

1/2 scoop plant protein
1/2 scoop coconut flour
1 tblsp peanut butter
1tblsp cocoa
1 tblsp erythol
Warm water 2-3 tblsp to start with .

Put all ingredients in a bowl and use back of table spoon to mix it all like s dough. Once all ingredients are mixed make a balls and refrigerate for few min if u can ☺ they so good In just warning you 😊

I found this picture of yummy brownie from post show πŸ˜‹and thought I will share it :)
1 tblsp plant protein
2 tblsp buckwheat flour
1 egg white
1/2 tsp coco oil
1 tblsp Almond milk
1 tblsp plant yoghurt
1/8 baking powder
Stevia if u like it
Blueberries and walnut Syroup
Blend it all and microwave 1 min
It's yummy and easy to make it.

Good morning lovely people :)
Simple idea of high protein meal :
5 egg whites
Handful broccoli
1 tblsp protein
1/2 tsp baking soda
According to your goals you can add oats to the better top it with nut butter etc .

I did use a tsp of my plant protein mixed with water to make a vanilla spread.

I thought I will join πŸ™Œ from staving myself cardio girl berly touching weights - to food and weights training lover!!!! Changes doesn't come OVER Night guys it's not a seasonal thing ... it's really a lifestyle: food prep , gym sessions ,cardio. No I don't do it cos I have to: it's my choice and I love it !! It's not always easy but if it would be everyone will do it !! Start your day with tasty and well balanced breakfast!
Today in my high fat day I had fresh tuna stake with half avocado on Green peppery leafs bed. Drizzled with lime juice and sprinkled with Peri Peri salt :)
