Little Explorers Childminding Services Welcome to Little Explorers Childminding Services. They have their own toy room, filled with age related toys, and a space for quiet time.

An Ofsted registered childminding service based in Whestone Leicester, that provides flexible and affordable care and education for children from six months to 12 years of age. Children are cared for in a fun, stimulating and caring environment, whilst providing them with the resources, activities and outings that will help them achieve, grow and develop to the best of their abilities. A TV, Wii and computer is available for homework. I am married to James and have two young children of my own, Harrison and Ava-Grace. We live in a three bedroom detached house with an indoor play area and large secure garden. I am educated to degree level and have two post graduate professional qualifications. Following the birth of my daughter I decided I wanted to spend more time with my children and play a significant role in their education. This led me to become a childminder. I love working with children and enjoy watching them learn and develop their individual personalities. I work alongside parents to ensure the needs of your child are met. My day consits of free play , allowing children to enjoy experiences at their leisure and adult led activities to encourage children to reach their full potential in all six areas of learning. I keep up to date with my training and I'm always looking to improve my skills. I am a qualified first aider and currently working towards a Level 3 Diploma for the Childrens and Young People's Workforce.

From May 2012, I will have places available on Thursdays and Fridays for one child aged between one and four, and three children aged five plus in a before and after school club.
