Sexual difficulties are more common than many people realise.
They can affect desire, comfort, arousal, confidence and the ability to feel emotionally present with a partner.
But pressure, past experiences, anxiety, body-image concerns and subconscious beliefs can also affect how safe and relaxed intimacy feels.
Hypnotherapy may help reduce anxiety, reframe unhelpful beliefs and create calmer associations with intimacy and connection.
Support is private, sensitive and shaped around what you feel comfortable discussing.
➡️ Send us a confidential message to ask how hypnotherapy may support intimacy or sexual-confidence concerns.

Tics are involuntary movements or sounds.
They are not a bad habit, a lack of discipline or something a person simply chooses to do.
For many people, tics can become more frequent or intense during periods of stress, anxiety, tiredness or sustained concentration.
The uncertainty can also create frustration, self-consciousness and worry about when the next tic may happen.
Hypnotherapy cannot cure Tourette’s Syndrome and should not replace medical care.
It may, however, offer complementary support by helping calm the nervous system, reduce stress around triggers and build confidence in everyday situations.
The goal is not to blame or suppress the person.
It is to create more calm, understanding and support around their experience.
👉 Contact us privately to ask whether hypnotherapy could complement existing support for tics or Tourette’s.

“How many sessions will I need?” is one of the most common questions people ask before beginning hypnotherapy.
The honest answer is that everyone is different.
Some focused concerns may be addressed in one session.
Other difficulties may be connected to deeper experiences, long-standing patterns or past trauma and could require several sessions.
That is why Reset my Mind does not begin with a fixed package based on assumptions.
The consultation helps explore what you are experiencing, where the issue may be rooted and what level of support could be appropriate.
A clearer plan can then be agreed, with further sessions arranged if they are genuinely needed.
➡️ Send us your questions and begin with a no-pressure conversation about what support may suit you.

Chronic pain is real.
It can affect movement, sleep, energy, concentration and the ability to enjoy everyday life.
But pain is not processed by the body alone.
Stress, emotion, attention and previous experiences can all influence how intense discomfort feels and how difficult it is to manage.
That does not mean the pain is “all in your head.”
It means the mind and body are constantly communicating.
Hypnotherapy may support relaxation, reduce stress around flare-ups and help you develop calmer ways of responding to long-term discomfort.
It should always complement, rather than replace, appropriate medical care.
