Colour mixing and creating texture with paint for Year 2 this afternoon. We dodged the showers to find natural textured items to colour match with paint. Then we used different painting tools to match the textures.

This afternoon the Eco Warriors delivered an assembly about Endangered animals. They did a fantastic job of highlighting the dangers some animals face and encouraged the school to think about how we can help! 🤔 🌍 ❤️

Today Reception and Year 1 have enjoyed learning all about how we can help to keep our bodies healthy by the different types of foods we can eat. We loved investigating different fruits and vegetables. We learnt that fruits and vegetables are classified by whether they have seeds or not and we found this very interesting! We then enjoyed creating our own fruit faces! They were delicious! 🍏🍇🍌🍊🥒🫐🍓
