That's a wrap for summer at the library! 1400 visitors during July and August, 82 started the Summer Reading Challenge, 62 took part in the treasure hunt.
Congratulations and well done to our prize winners - Ashton won the 'Make a musical instrument' prize draw, Monty won the 'Treasure Hunt' prize draw and Jacob S won the 'Summer Reading Challenge Finishing' prize draw. Thank you all for taking part. We appreciate you supporting us at the library.

Come along to the mini petting zoo it’s on Thursday, 13th August 2026, one session at 10.15 to 11.15am and the second at 11.30am to 12.30pm. £5 per person for all who enter the library. Pay in advance or on the day, cash or card. Booking required - come into the library, phone, email or message to book!

👀The Summer Reading Challenge starts today, Saturday, 4th July. Come and register at the library. Read 6 books throughout the summer to complete the challenge.
