💜 Appreciation Post 💜

Yesterday's DanceVision performances were everything we could have hoped for and more. 🤩 Watching every single one of our dancers step onto that stage with huge smiles, confidence and pride was the perfect reminder of why we do what we do.

Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers, thoughtful cards and generous gifts. Most of all, thank you for the incredibly kind words so many of you shared with us yesterday. They really do mean the world. 🥰

We're not a competitive dance school, and most of our pupils only dance with us once or twice a week. To put on yesterday's show after just 12 lessons is something we're incredibly proud of our dancers for. ✨

We might not produce West End stars (although we'd absolutely support that dream if it came along!), but what we hope every child leaves KLDA with is something even more valuable: perseverance, the ability to accept feedback and keep improving, confidence in themselves, and the courage to stand up in front of others and give something their best.

As four of our lovely senior girls head off to university, we hope they take those skills with them into this exciting new chapter. We've loved being a small part of their journey and can't wait to see where life takes them. 🥹

To all of our wonderful pupils and the most supportive dance parents anyone could ask for, thank you. KLDA wouldn't be what it is without you, and we feel incredibly lucky to have such a special dance family. 💕

Have the most amazing summer, and we can't wait to see the gang back in August for all things Moana! 🌺🌊💙
