We have read this book and we absolutely love the little routine, we’re going to incorporate it into our daily yoga 💫

✨ stand on your tiptoes and twirl around ✨

✨ point down to your toes ✨

✨ point up high on your tiptoes ✨

✨ twirl around again ✨

✨ paise and point one foot ✨

✨ then start all over again ✨

Isn’t it magical to watch children using loose parts, completely in charge of their own play ✨

No right or wrong way of playing, just simply stunning ideas and learning unfolding naturally ⭐️

I sometimes watch and wonder what they might do next, I’m usually wrong 😂 but that’s totally the beauty of it 🙌🏼

Today we met with the fabulous Stephanie, one half of The Curiosity Approach 💫

We were on the hunt for lots of curious items, authentic resources and of course loose parts for our first discovery session!

We had an amazing time and met so many wonderful stalls who were really interested in what we wanted these curious items for ⭐️
